Processing takes place for the technical provision and security of our website, for communication with interested parties and business partners, and for handling enquiries relating to Stallion Kamyar®, horse breeding and our media activities.
The personal data processed depends on how the website is used and on the technical services actually implemented.

When our website is accessed, technically necessary connection and access data may be processed. This may include, in particular:

- Requested pages, files or URLs
- Access status
- Amount of data transferred
- Referrer information

The processing serves to provide the website and to ensure its stability, functionality and security.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, insofar as processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests and such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
According to the privacy information provided by ALL-INKL.COM, data required for the provision of the website is deleted when the relevant user session has ended. Server log files are generally deleted no later than seven days after collection. Longer storage may be necessary in individual cases, for example in connection with attacks on information technology systems or other security incidents.
Where required under applicable data protection law, contractual arrangements for processing on our behalf are concluded with the hosting provider.
4. Contact and Breeding Enquiries
This website does not currently provide a contact form or a WhatsApp Business contact channel. Enquiries may be submitted directly by email.
If you contact us by email, we process the information you voluntarily provide in order to handle and respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to coordinate further steps.
In connection with breeding enquiries, this may include, in particular:

- Pedigree and maternal family information
- Information relating to a proposed breeding programme or breeding objective

The information will be retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or for as long as statutory retention obligations or other lawful grounds for continued storage apply.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website may use technically necessary cookies or comparable technologies required for the operation, security or functionality of the website.
Where consent is required for storing information on a user’s terminal device or accessing information already stored on that device, such processing will take place in accordance with Section 25 TDDDG.
Any subsequent processing of personal data is governed by the applicable provisions of the GDPR.
The services and technologies currently relevant to this website are described below.
6. VG WORT / METIS Access Measurement
This website may use counting marks provided by VG WORT within the METIS system in order to measure access to selected online texts.
The access measurement is used to determine the statistical probability of copying online texts and forms a basis for the distribution of copyright remuneration by VG WORT.
For this purpose, a counting mark uniquely assigned to the respective text is integrated into the source code of the relevant page.
In connection with METIS access measurement, a client ID may be generated and a so-called METIS Session Cookie may be used in order to prevent multiple counts of the same text within one browser session.
According to VG WORT, no personal data is processed as part of the METIS access measurement.
The technical implementation of the METIS access measurement is carried out for VG WORT by:
Kantar GmbH
Landsberger Straße 284
80687 Munich
Germany
According to VG WORT’s legal assessment, the METIS access measurement, including the session cookie used for this purpose, is not subject to the consent requirement under Section 25(1) TDDDG because the statutory requirements for technically necessary processes are considered to be met.
METIS is used for measuring access to copyright-protected online texts within the VG WORT remuneration system.
7. SoundCloud Player
This website may contain embedded audio content provided through SoundCloud.
When an embedded SoundCloud player is loaded, a connection to SoundCloud’s servers may be established. In this context, technical information relating to the user’s device and browser, the accessed page and other usage data may be transmitted to SoundCloud.
Depending on the user’s account status and SoundCloud’s technical configuration, such information may also be associated with an existing SoundCloud user account.
The processing of data by SoundCloud is governed by the privacy information and terms provided by SoundCloud.
Where consent is legally required before an embedded SoundCloud player may be loaded, the player will only be activated after the corresponding consent has been given.
8. External Links to YouTube and Other Platforms
This website contains links to external platforms, including YouTube.
Where YouTube content is provided only through an external link and no YouTube player is embedded directly into the website, no direct connection to YouTube is established merely by visiting the page containing the link.
Only when a user actively follows such a link does the user leave this website and access the respective third-party platform.
From that point onward, any processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy and technical configuration of the respective third-party provider.
The same principle applies to other external platforms linked from this website.
9. TranslatePress and Multilingual Content
This website uses TranslatePress to manage and display multilingual website content.
TranslatePress is used to provide translated versions of the website and to display the appropriate language version to the user.
Depending on the technical configuration, technically necessary functions or cookies may be used in order to remember the selected language or provide the correct language version.
Where only technically necessary functions are used, such processing serves the multilingual functionality of the website.
If external translation services, automated translation interfaces or other third-party services are activated in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
10. Web Analytics / Matomo
Matomo Analytics is not currently implemented as an active web analytics service on this website.
If Matomo or another web analytics solution is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or at the time of implementation.
The updated information will include, as applicable:
- Purpose of the processing
- Technical configuration
- Categories of data processed
- Legal basis
- Recipients
- Retention periods
- Cookie or tracking configuration
- Any required consent and withdrawal options
- Information regarding international data transfers, where applicable
A web analytics service that has not yet been implemented will not be presented as an actively used service.
11. Storage Period
Personal data is generally retained only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purpose.
Where statutory retention obligations apply, data will be retained for the period required by law.
Once the relevant processing purpose no longer applies and any applicable statutory retention periods have expired, personal data will be deleted unless another lawful basis permits or requires continued storage.
Specific retention periods are stated in connection with individual processing activities where they have been established.
12. Rights of Data Subjects and Right to Lodge a Complaint
Subject to the applicable statutory requirements, you have, in particular, the following rights:
- Right of access pursuant to Article 15 GDPR
- Right to rectification pursuant to Article 16 GDPR
- Right to erasure pursuant to Article 17 GDPR

- Right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR

To exercise your rights, you may contact us using the email address provided above.
You also have the right under Article 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection law.
For our company, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information may, in particular, be a competent supervisory authority.
13. Updates to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy where changes to our website, the services used, technical procedures or data-processing activities make an amendment necessary, or where the applicable legal framework changes.
The current version published on this website shall apply.
